Return to Part-Time Work

An employee has no automatic right to return to a part-time post if she was employed on a full-time contract beforehand. JTL will consider any request to return to work on a part-time basis following maternity leave on a case-by-case basis.

Any decision to refuse to agree to such a request will be justified to the individual. Similarly, an employee has no automatic right to return to a different part-time work pattern if she was employed to work on a part-time basis beforehand.
