Selection of employees for redundancy

The criteria for the selection of employees to be made redundant will be discussed as part of the consultation process. Typically, selection criteria may include availability of work, attendance record, disciplinary record, performance record, skills, competencies and qualifications or any objective criteria that may reasonably be used.

JTL will ensure that any criteria selected are fair and objective.

Any employee selected for redundancy will be notified in writing, following individual consultation.
