STATUTORY BANK HOLIDAYS & CHRISTMAS SHUT-DOWN

In addition to the holiday entitlement referred to in clause 3.1above, employees are also entitled to the following eight statutory Bank Holidays each year:

• New Year’s Day,
• Good Friday,
• Easter Monday,
• May Day,
• Spring Bank Holiday,
• Summer Bank Holiday,
• Christmas Day,
• Boxing Day.

In addition, JTL shall, at its discretion, grant any statutory holiday, which may from time to time be declared.

JTL is closed for business between Christmas and the New Year. The 3 days between are non-working days and do not form part of an employees’ contractual holiday entitlement.
